I provide a counselling and psychotherapy service to individual adults and couples, with therapy sessions conducted in English and/or IsiZulu.
Therapy sessions take place either in-person or online. The initial sessions focus on developing a mutual understanding of the difficulties faced by the client/couple, which provides a focus for therapy.
My work as a therapist has presented me with an opportunity to assist and encourage individuals and couples who are in the process of examining the painful aspects of their lives. This has seen me working with a wide range of difficulties including:
